ONESWEAT
Situated between Orangetheory Fitness and Barry’s in intensity, ONESWEAT offers a dynamic workout that keeps you engaged from start to finish. With quick intervals and impactful exercises, you’ll torch calories and build strength in a fun and supportive environment. Plus, with ample parking and fantastic coaches, ONESWEAT is a top contender for your fitness routine. Opt in for the “Signature” class, which splits your time under the blue lights 50/50 between the treadmill and floor. Or go in for a “Strength” focused class, which gives you ample time on the floor to focus less on cardio; you’ll spend around 10 minutes of the 45-minute class on the treadmill (walking, running, or my favorite.. sled pushing!) and the remainder on the floor. ONESWEAT also debuted other class offerings – stretching + Pilates.
The Studio BE
